GROUP COACHING

Both half and full day sessions require a minimum of 4 riders of similar ability and are run on request. Please contact us for availability of these sessions.

 

 

WOMEN ONLY SESSIONS

 

We are delighted to offer women only coaching sessions. These are essentially the same format as the mens and mixed group sessions but with the obvious difference that its a girls only zone.

 

These are ideal if you are bored of listening to your boyfriend/husband etc going on about how great their riding is then get in touch with us and you will be showing him who the boss really is in no time.

 

 

SENIOR SESSIONS

 

Whether you have been a cyclist in the past or are just keen to try something new then we can help you. Our senior sessions are the same format as the others with the only difference being that the mimimum age is 50 years young.

We offer a comprehensive range of coaching sessions for all ages and abilities. We can tailor a series of sessions for you if you have a particular goal in mind or if you just need to freshen up your existing skills. Group sizes are kept small so you can be sure you will get maximum enjoyment out of our sessions. One to one tuition is also available.

 

SINGLE SESSIONS & BLOCK BOOKINGS

 

Our single sessions are ideal if you have a specific technique or skill that you need to brush up on or learn in a short period of time. Some of our most popular sessions include: trackstands, weight shifts, manuals, wheel lifts, drop offs and step ups.

 

We have found that our single sessions are also popular with school, after school and youth groups as they are a fun way to learn new techniques and skills within a limited time frame.

 

If a single session is not enough or if you would like to book a regular time slot then we are pleased to offer a block booking option. This is especially helpful if you want to learn a series of techniques over a period of time.

 

 

HALF & FULL DAY SESSIONS

 

If single sesseions are just not long enough then we are able to offer half and full day sessions. Half day sessions are 9:00am-1:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm (seasonal restrictions apply).

Full day sessions are 10:00am-5:00pm.
